Information on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to and for the effects of art. 13 of the European Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter the "Regulations"), we provide the following information concerning the processing of personal Data of users who visit the website www.fiep.it

1. Data controller

The Data controller is FIEP SRL with registered office in Magnago (MI) - 20020, Via Carlo Porta number 19, telephone: 0331 306606, fax: 0331 305765, e-mail address: info@fiep.it (hereinafter the "Company").

2. Personal Data

Personal Data means any information that concerns and refers to the user who consults the website. Specifically, the treatment may concern the following personal Data (hereinafter the "Data"):
Navigation Data: the IT systems and the application procedures used to operate the Company's website acquire, during their normal operation, some Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols on the Internet.
This information is used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are not associated with identified users; however, by their nature and through associations with Data held by third parties, they could allow identification of Data subjects. This category includes, for example, the IP address of the system used to connect to the site.
These Data are removed from the systems after the processing of the statistics and are kept off-line exclusively for assessments of liability in the case of computer crimes and can only be consulted at the request of the judicial authority.
Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site, or the completion of the Contact form, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal Data included in the message.
Cookies: Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his device (desktop computers and laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.), where they are stored and then be retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit of the same user. Through these tools it is possible to collect information about the user (for example: the IP address, date, time and web pages visited, the time spent on the site).
FIEP SRL uses strictly necessary technical cookies on its website. In addition, it uses functional cookies to allow efficient navigation and use of content, as well as to improve the service rendered to the user.

3. Purpose of the processing

Personal Data will be processed by the Company for the following processing purposes:
a) To follow up any requests to the Company;
b) For research in aggregate and anonymous form and statistical analysis;
c) For the purposes of site security, control of the proper functioning and possibly for the assessment of responsibility in case of any computer crimes against the website.

4. Legal basis of the processing

The processing of Data for the purposes indicated in the previous point 3) letter a) is based on the legal obligation to which the holder is subject and the performance of obligations arising from the contractual and pre-contractual relationship.
The legal basis of the processing of Data for the purposes indicated in the previous point 3) letters b), c) is the legitimate interest of the owner and, in the case of requests by the authorities, the legal obligation.

5. Methods of treatment

For the purposes indicated in the previous point 3), the Data will be processed using automated tools, in compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal Data, adopting the appropriate security measures.
Data processing will be handled by specially trained and trained personnel, in order to guarantee adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and / or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.

6. Communication and dissemination of Data

To the extent strictly relevant to the purposes indicated in the previous point 3) the Data may be communicated to:
- subjects within the Company specifically authorized to perform activities connected with and instrumental to the management of the services requested;
- subjects specifically appointed Data Processors (natural persons or entities that process Data on documented education of the Company such as, by way of example, subject responsible for the management and maintenance of IT systems, etc.).

7. Data retention period

The Data Controller retains and processes the Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated. Subsequently, the Data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.

8. Rights of the interested party

With reference to their Data, the user has the right to ask the Company in the manner indicated in the Regulations:
- access, in the cases provided (art.15)
- the correction of inaccurate Data and the integration of incomplete Data (Article 16)
- the deletion of the Data for the reasons provided (Article 17), such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not treated in compliance with the Regulation
- the limitation of treatment for the hypotheses provided for (Article 18), as in the case where the accuracy of the Data is contested and it is necessary to verify its correctness
- the portability, that is to say the right to receive, in the foreseen cases (Article 20), in a structured format of common use and automatically readable by the Data and to transmit said Data to another Data controller
- opposition to processing, in the cases provided for (Article 21).

9. How to exercise rights

To exercise all the rights as identified above, simply contact the Data Controller in the following ways:
- by sending a registered letter to FIEP SRL, Via Carlo Porta 19 - 20020 Magnago (MI);
- by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address privacy@fiep.it
The deadline for the reply is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in cases of particular complexity; in these cases, the Company provides at least one interim communication within one (1) month. The exercise of rights is, in principle, free; the Company reserves the right to request a contribution in case of manifestly unfounded or excessive (even repetitive) requests. The Company has the right to request information necessary for identification purposes of the applicant.

10. Complaint

If you believe that the processing of the Data violates the provisions contained in the Regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal Data in accordance with the provisions of art. 77 of the Rules itself.

11. Nature of the provision of Data

The provision of Data is strictly necessary in order to provide the requested services.
Therefore, failure to provide even partial Data implies the objective impossibility of giving effect to these requests.

12. Data Transfer

Personal Data are stored at the headquarters of the Data Controller and on servers located within the European Union.

13. Automated decision-making processes

The Data are not the subject of profiling or processing by an automated decision-making process.

14. Changes to the information

This information is applicable to the Site since its publication. The eventual entry into force of new sector regulations, as well as the constant examination and updating of the general conditions of use of the Site, could entail the need to change these methods. it is therefore possible that this information is subject to changes over time and we therefore invite each user to periodically consult this page.
