We print all kinds of laminated with thermoplastic or thermosetting resins, impregnated or calendered, mainly we deal with the pressing of our prepregs phenolic, epoxy and melamine. The coated fabrics that are used are subject to specific controls, also records the activities of weighing and lot codes, that for prepregs of our production guarantee the traceability of the product from resins and fabrics. The preparation of the panels is made after careful visual analysis of the product to be printed. Qualified staff deals with the selection of the material and the composition of the panels.
We have several stamping plants that allow us to create different formats, supporting most of the time the particular needs of the customer. Our standard sizes are expressed in millimeters 1020x1520, 1220x2220, 1270x2220. The thicknesses printed ranging from 0.2 up to 100 mm. We produce plates in a reduced size (eg 600x750 mm) with thicknesses up to 200 mm and above. We produce Formtex and Duraglide tubes wrapped and super compressed (AVSC). All processes are controlled and recorded data. With a minimum amount to be agreed we are able to produce tailor-made formats.
We offer our customers, in addition to the service of trimming edges of the slab that is always done, unless otherwise indicated, also the opportunity to dissect the panels and possibly calibrate the thickness. We perform the cutting of plates, squares (for example, to derive gears), square section rods, lists. We also produce round bars in Formtex F24 (up to 100 mm in diameter) and Epoglass drawn products made from plate. Bigger sizes are made to order and with reduced length. The cutting and calibration are also available for other materials such as certain thermoplastics, laminated wood or other related products.
Our warehouse is constantly monitored and guaranteed minimum stocks to manage monthly flows of orders. The monitoring of the productions and the historic flows allows us to ensure, to the best-selling products, the immediate availability, reducing the waiting time of the customer.
The panels requested by the customer are made in the shortest possible time, the production takes place with estimated times that calculate the delay time for each phase missing from procurement to delivery. Programming is flexibly managed, taking into account the needs of each client.
