Every kind of support that has a minimum weight of 50 grams to 700/800 grams per square meter can be impregnated. For materials with a weight exceeding 350 g/sq m is evaluated case by case. For the realization of the products impregnated use an impregnating machine with double horizontal oven equipped with temperature control. The resin coating obtained by immersion and subsequent adjustment of the weight by means of squeezing rollers. During processing are monitored and recorded data representative of the characteristics of the impregnated fabric. The information is stored by us. The main features of the products are indicated on the tag that accompanies the material. Is guaranteed traceability. The impregnating machine is equipped with post-combustion plant for the abatement of pollutants.
The pre-pregs are cut into sheets tailored and stacked on pallet. We can cut sheets with length from 40 cm to 230 cm. If necessary we can cut over-sized sheets up to a size of 4 meters. The type of pallet and the maximum weight per unit are agreed with the customer.
The pre-pregs are wound on cardboard cores generally internal diameter 75 mm or 150 mm. If needed for technical is possible in some cases provide for the cutting of the selvedges during the impregnation process. Diameter and weight of the rolls to be agreed with the client.
